I won't do a pre-made installation of Sonic 3 A.I.R. since it's pretty easy to install. Just download it, and make sure you have a Sonic 3 & Knuckles ROM, as Sonic 3 & Knuckles itself was delisted from Steam (WHY WOULD YOU DO THIS TO ME SONIC ORIGINS-).

Sorry for not that much mods on Sonic 2 Absolute...(I could only pick out some good mods, and most of the mods on GameBanana were not on par with the latest version of the base game.)

It's pretty common to find many Sonic Mania mods, and there are MANY OF THEM, and I can't be bothered to add that many mods.
